Vi\u00f1as<\/strong> manifest\u00f3: &#8216;<strong><em>Este tipo de robos lo han sufrido varias personas que est\u00e1n construyendo sus casas con el programa Procrear en esa zona. Cortan con una sierra los ca\u00f1os que tienen unos 4 metros y se los llevan impunemente<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En su caso particular, se enter\u00f3 gracias a empleados de Cecsagal quienes fueron a instalar la conexi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y se encontraron con la pilastra sin el ca\u00f1o: &#8216;<strong><em>El valor de un ca\u00f1o galvanizado supera los $10.000. Adem\u00e1s si pueden sustraen las llaves de la pilastra o el tejido perimetral, se llevan lo que ven y para esto aprovechan horas de la noche<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;, advirti\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8216;<strong><em>No comprendo para qu\u00e9 utilizar\u00e1n este tipo de elementos porque de la forma que lo cortan no les sirve para lo mismo pero sin dudas hay un mercado negro<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;, agreg\u00f3 G\u00f3mez, quien asegur\u00f3 que &#8216;<strong><em>los delincuentes cuentan con movilidad para llev\u00e1rselos porque de otra forma es imposible<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B.
