Hay que tener en cuenta que <strong>el posible da\u00f1o por helada en cultivos puede detectarse varias semanas despu\u00e9s<\/strong> de ocurrido el fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La toma de denuncias estar\u00e1 abierta para los tres oasis productivos: Norte-Este, Centro y <strong>Sur<\/strong>. <strong>Se solicitar\u00e1 n\u00famero de RUT<\/strong> (Registro de Uso permanente de la Tierra) y <strong>datos personales del denunciante<\/strong>. Es importante <strong>conservar el comprobante de la denunci<\/strong>a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La <strong>Ley Provincial 9083<\/strong>, de <strong>Emergencia Agropecuaria<\/strong>, establece que para\u00a0 denunciar da\u00f1os a la producci\u00f3n por heladas <strong>se estipula un plazo de 20 d\u00edas corridos luego de la fecha del siniestro para verificar da\u00f1os<\/strong>.
