LIBERTADOR NORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sin intervenci\u00f3n de terceros, un conductor bajo efectos del alcohol estrell\u00f3 su veh\u00edculo en el interior del canal ubicado en el bulevar de Avenida Libertador Norte a la altura de la intersecci\u00f3n con Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan confirmaron desde <strong>Polic\u00eda Vial<\/strong> a <strong><em>F.M. VI\u00d1AS<\/em><\/strong>, el siniestro<strong> se produjo a las 5:35hs<\/strong> cuando un joven de apellido <strong><em>Ballesteros<\/em><\/strong> (<strong>29<\/strong>), con domicilio en Neuqu\u00e9n, se desplazaba en <strong>direcci\u00f3n al este por Av. Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> y tras perder el dominio del <strong>Peugeot 208<\/strong> que conduc\u00eda <strong>termin\u00f3 en el interior del canal<\/strong> dispuesto en el medio de la calzada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pese al fuerte impacto, <em>Ballesteros<\/em> <strong>no result\u00f3 lesionado ni ocasion\u00f3 da\u00f1os a terceros<\/strong>, ya que circulaba sin acompa\u00f1antes. Al arribar personal policial le practic\u00f3 el dosaje de alcohol, test que <strong>arroj\u00f3 como resultado 2,27 g\/l.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bajo instrucci\u00f3n de la <strong>Jueza Dra. Roxana Livellara<\/strong> se le confeccion\u00f3 acta vial por infracci\u00f3n al <strong>C\u00f3digo Contravencional 9024<\/strong> y se procedi\u00f3 al <strong>secuestro del rodado<\/strong>. Asimismo, el protagonista del hecho <strong>fue trasladado a Comisar\u00eda 14\u00b0<\/strong> y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B.
