VI\u00d1AS<\/strong>, el hombre de nacionalidad boliviana, que <strong>trabaja en la Municipalidad de General Alvear<\/strong>, fue aprehendido en el marco de una minuciosa <strong>investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Siguiendo los movimientos del mismo en las redes sociales, se comprob\u00f3 que <strong>hab\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>enviado un v\u00eddeo pornogr\u00e1fico<\/strong> conteniendo el abuso de menores de edad <strong>v\u00eda messenger a otra persona que reside en Myanmar<\/strong> (ex Birmania).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con las pruebas suficientes, <strong>el magistrado<\/strong> interviniente <strong>orden\u00f3 el allanamiento de la residencia del sujeto<\/strong>, <strong>ubicada en calle 10, entre E y D (B\u00b0 Zangrandi)<\/strong>, que se hizo efectiva a las <strong>9:30h de este s\u00e1bado<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la vivienda, personal de la <strong>Unidad Investigativa Alvear<\/strong> logr\u00f3 el <strong>secuestro de un celular y una computadora<\/strong>, <strong>adem\u00e1s de 47 DVDs con contenido pornogr\u00e1fico\u00a0<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Junto con lo incautado, <strong>Guaimas fue trasladado a Comisaria 14\u00b0<\/strong> donde se encuentra alojado a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia en la causa &#8216;<strong><em>Averiguaci\u00f3n facilitaci\u00f3n de material de abuso sexual<\/em><\/strong>&#8216;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por infringir la<strong> Ley 27.436,<\/strong> que castiga la simple tenencia de material pornogr\u00e1fico infantil, el sindicado <strong>ser\u00eda trasladado en las pr\u00f3ximas horas a la Penitenciar\u00eda de San Rafael y arriesga una pena de prisi\u00f3n de 3 a 6 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B.
