Uspallata desde Sargento Medina.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan la <strong>reconstrucci\u00f3n policial del hecho<\/strong>, suministrada a <strong>F.M. VI\u00d1AS<\/strong> por <strong>Policia Vial<\/strong>, una <strong>camioneta VW Saveiro, <\/strong>al mando de un hombre de <em>60 a\u00f1os<\/em>, <strong>se desplazaba por Uspallata<\/strong> cuando el <strong>biciclo guiado por una menor no alcanz\u00f3 a frenar y termin\u00f3 impactando contra el costado<\/strong> derecho del veh\u00edculo de mayor porte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A causa del fuerte golpe, <strong>la peque\u00f1a cay\u00f3 sobre el pavimento ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones de car\u00e1cter leve<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al dar aviso al <strong>911<\/strong>, el <strong>CEO<\/strong> moviliz\u00f3 una ambulancia hasta el lugar para trasladarla hasta el <strong>Hospital Enfermeros Argentinos<\/strong> donde recibi\u00f3 asistencia y <strong>se le realizaron los chequeos de rigor<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La Polic\u00eda realiz\u00f3 las medidas correspondientes bajo instrucci\u00f3n de la <strong>Unidad Fiscal de Gral. Alvear<\/strong>, en la causa caratulada como &#8216;<em><strong>Averiguaci\u00f3n Lesiones Culposas<\/strong><\/em>&#8216;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B. (F.M.
