Esa misma constancia deber\u00e1 ser presentada en el momento de la inoculaci\u00f3n, sin excepci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La <strong>inscripci\u00f3n debe realizarse por internet<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de esta<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ticketsform.mendoza.gov.ar\/ticketsform\/servlet\/responderformulario?VACUNACION_COVID_OB_II_III\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e1gina.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez finalizada, <strong>la persona debe guardar el comprobante de ticket que se emite<\/strong>.
