Vi\u00f1as<\/strong>, alrededor de las <strong>6:45h<\/strong>, un <strong>menor de 14 a\u00f1os<\/strong> protagoniz\u00f3 la rotura de una de las vidrieras del local comercial ubicado en<strong> Avenida Alvear Oeste 265<\/strong> para luego sustraer <strong>una mel\u00f3dica con teclado y una caja chica con chocolates<\/strong>. Al arribar el due\u00f1o del comercio, constat\u00f3 el hecho vand\u00e1lico por lo que dio aviso al 911.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Luego de concretar las medidas correspondientes en el escenario del hecho, <strong>la polic\u00eda continu\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n hasta obtener informaci\u00f3n referente al ofrecimiento de venta del instrumento musical por parte del menor<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La <strong>Fiscal Penal de Menores orden\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n en el domicilio<\/strong>\u00a0donde reside el adolescente, <strong>a quien se le permiti\u00f3 que permanezca all\u00ed hasta este mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong>, cuando ser\u00e1 citado a comparecer ante el tribunal en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su madre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B.
