En este contexto Marcolini confirm\u00f3 el inicio de conversaciones con el Sindicato Municipal con el env\u00edo de una primera propuesta de aumentos para el 2.021.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<strong><em>La realidad del a\u00f1o 2.020 es compleja, cada municipio hizo lo que pudo en funci\u00f3n de los recursos que ten\u00eda<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3 el jefe comunal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el caso de General Alvear Marcolini sostuvo que durante el a\u00f1o <strong><em>\u201cse dieron aumentos escalonados que llegaron al 11% y dos bonos. Uno general en noviembre para todo el personal, trabajara o no y uno especial para el personal que trabaj\u00f3 en pandemia\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>\u201cHemos decidido, al margen de lo que vaya a contestar el sindicato, un bono de reyes de $3.000\u201d,<\/em> <\/strong>adem\u00e1s se ha hecho llegar \u201c<strong><em>una propuesta escalonada a partir de marzo de aumentos del 5% en marzo, mayo, agosto y octubre y un 2% en noviembre\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cCreemos que es una propuesta razonable en el marco de una crisis que va a continuar\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3, siempre sujeto a modificaciones de acuerdo a como avance el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>A.C.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir del martes todos los empleados municipales comenzaron a cobrar el medio aguinaldo.
