{"id":79921,"date":"2020-11-03T07:17:31","date_gmt":"2020-11-03T10:17:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=79921"},"modified":"2020-11-04T12:19:09","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T15:19:09","slug":"mendoza-declaro-el-estado-de-emergencia-agropecuaria-hasta-marzo-de-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/mendoza-declaro-el-estado-de-emergencia-agropecuaria-hasta-marzo-de-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"MENDOZA DECLAR\u00d3 EL ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA AGROPECUARIA HASTA MARZO DE 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Incluye a las propiedades que tengan producciones ganaderas caprinas y bovinas afectadas por la sequ\u00eda del verano pasado.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Gobierno de Mendoza declar\u00f3 el <strong>estado de emergencia y desastre agropecuario<\/strong> para las <strong>propiedades ubicadas en la provincia que tengan producciones ganaderas caprinas y bovinas afectadas por la sequ\u00eda del verano de 2020.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El decreto firmado por el gobernador Rodolfo Su\u00e1rez y el ministro de Econom\u00eda Enrique Vaqui\u00e9 sali\u00f3 publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La declaraci\u00f3n del estado de emergencia a<strong>barca el per\u00edodo comprendido entre septiembre 2020 y marzo 2022<\/strong>. Sin embargo, el Ejecutivo podr\u00e1 modificar las disposiciones de acuerdo a lo que informe la Direcci\u00f3n de Ganader\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan el informe de la Direcci\u00f3n de Contingencias Clim\u00e1ticas, <strong>las precipitaciones acumuladas desde enero a agosto de 2020 en el \u00e1rea cultivada de Mendoza fueron de 107,4 mm, lo que representan un 60,8% del promedio hist\u00f3rico (2007-2019) acumulado para dicho per\u00edodo y confirm\u00f3 que el 2020 est\u00e1 atravesando un per\u00edodo de sequ\u00eda.<\/strong> La informaci\u00f3n se registr\u00f3 por la Red de Estaciones Agrometeorol\u00f3gicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El estado de emergencia est\u00e1 en el marco de la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 9083, Ley N\u00b0 26.509 de Emergencia Agropecuaria Nacional, su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 1712\/09, a la que la Provincia adhiri\u00f3 mediante Ley N\u00b0 8146, en todo el territorio provincial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Fuente: Los Andes \/ A.C.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Incluye a las propiedades que tengan producciones ganaderas caprinas y bovinas afectadas por la sequ\u00eda del verano pasado.
