Los sindicados justificaron su acci\u00f3n ante la Unidad Fiscal asegurando que el lesionado les hab\u00eda robado dos monturas.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El hecho fue comunicado al <strong>911<\/strong> alrededor de las <strong>21:25h de este viernes<\/strong> por lo que una movilidad policial acudi\u00f3 al escenario de la ri\u00f1a y <strong>observ\u00f3 a los agresores<\/strong>, <strong>de entre 45 y 52 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, <strong>propin\u00e1ndole una brutal golpiza al de 21 a\u00f1os que se encontraba tendido en el suelo<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Junto a ellos <strong>hab\u00eda dos monturas<\/strong>, que de acuerdo al testimonio de los victimarios el agredido les hab\u00eda sustra\u00eddo. Personal de <strong>Comisar\u00eda 26\u00aa<\/strong>\u00a0los aprehendi\u00f3 y traslad\u00f3 a la seccional villatuelina donde quedaron a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por su parte el damnificado, producto de los golpes, reviste<strong><em> fractura de codo\u00a0derecho<\/em><\/strong>, <em><strong>fractura de tabique<\/strong> <\/em>y <strong><em>herida cortante en zona lumbar<\/em><\/strong>, motivo por el fue trasladado al Hospital \u00abEnfermeros Argentinos\u00bb para su asistencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se labraron actuaciones en averiguaci\u00f3n de los hechos bajo instrucci\u00f3n de la Oficina Fiscal de Villa Atuel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">F.B.
