Fue tambi\u00e9n presidente del C\u00edrculo de Periodistas de la provincia, de varios medios radiales y televisivos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Carlos Sim\u00f3n naci\u00f3 en el departamento de Lavalle el 21 de mayo de 1952. Luego de terminar la secundaria, se traslad\u00f3 a la ciudad de Mendoza para estudiar periodismo. En 1983 se incorpor\u00f3 al equipo de profesionales de diario Los Andes, donde se jubil\u00f3 como editor de la Corresponsal\u00eda Sur, adem\u00e1s de haber sido en 1988 director del diario El Atuel.
