{"id":72926,"date":"2020-07-14T09:58:41","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T12:58:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=72926"},"modified":"2020-07-15T09:51:18","modified_gmt":"2020-07-15T12:51:18","slug":"detuvieron-a-22-personas-por-festejar-un-cumpleanos-clandestino-en-alvear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/detuvieron-a-22-personas-por-festejar-un-cumpleanos-clandestino-en-alvear\/","title":{"rendered":"DETUVIERON A 22 PERSONAS POR FESTEJAR UN CUMPLEA\u00d1OS CLANDESTINO EN ALVEAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>En horas de la madrugada de este martes, 22 personas fueron sorprendidas festejando el cumplea\u00f1os de una joven en una vivienda ubicada en calle Roca y Bufano de Ciudad.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El hecho fue registrado por la polic\u00eda <strong>alrededor de la 1:40 am <\/strong>por lo que acudieron al lugar y constataron <strong>el festejo clandestino de una joven de 21 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, residente junto a su madre de apellido <strong><em>Ru\u00edz, <\/em><\/strong>adem\u00e1s de la presencia de<strong>\u00a022 personas m\u00e1s de entre 19 y 23 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En dialogo con <strong>F.M. Vi\u00f1as<\/strong>, el <strong>Sub Comisario Carmona<\/strong> detall\u00f3 que el aviso al 911 lo realiz\u00f3 un vecino por lo que se desplazaron hasta el lugar de la fiesta: \u00ab<em><b>Cuando llegamos, los j\u00f3venes ingresaron al domicilio y nos atendi\u00f3 la progenitora de la cumplea\u00f1era justificando lo sucedido. Pedimos instrucci\u00f3n al Ayudante Fiscal y orden\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n y notificaci\u00f3n de 22 personas por infracci\u00f3n al Art. 205 del C.P.\u00bb.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>Sub Comisario Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>\u00a0explic\u00f3 en el aire de<strong>\u00a0F.M. Vi\u00f1as<\/strong>\u00a0la sanci\u00f3n a la que se enfrentan los infractores: \u00ab<strong><em>P<\/em><em>or la cantidad de personas y el horario se les otorg\u00f3 la libertad pero ser\u00e1n citados y procesados por infracci\u00f3n al Art. 205. A posterior la Unidad Fiscal dispondr\u00e1\u00a0 si la pena es arresto o multa\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><em>\u2022F.B. (F.M.
