En el mismo, el Intendente Walther Marcolini brindar\u00e1 el tradicional discurso de apertura. Ser\u00e1 en el Sal\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn del HCD.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En dialogo con F.M.
