Al respecto el <strong>Director de Defensa Civil<\/strong>, <strong>Adolfo Balverde<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201c<em>La <strong>Ley 6099<\/strong> que lleva multas hasta los <strong>$47500<\/strong> y <strong>arrestos entre 8 y 50 d\u00edas<\/strong>. Los vecinos no quieren denunciar pero deber\u00edan hacerlo porque \u00e9stas son pr\u00e1cticas prohibidas. Sin la denuncia de los vecinos es imposible actuar sobre las personas que las realizan<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h5><em>R.B. (F.M.
