Est\u00e1 detenido a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El hecho se registr\u00f3 en horas de la <strong>ma\u00f1ana de este viernes<\/strong> en la vivienda de ambos ubicada en el <strong>Barrio Oeste I<\/strong> del distrito de <strong>Alvear Oeste<\/strong> cuando la femenina sali\u00f3 de su propiedad solicitando ayuda por lo que fue asistida por algunos vecinos del lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Tras alertar al <strong>911<\/strong> sobre el incidente, se desplaz\u00f3 personal de <strong>Comisar\u00eda 14\u00b0<\/strong> para mitigar la situaci\u00f3n y mediante disposici\u00f3n del Ayudante Fiscal en turno <strong>trasladaron a ambos implicados a la dependencia policial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En el transcurso del d\u00eda de ayer se recepcionaron declaraciones testimoniales de testigos presenciales que completaron la causa que se judicializ\u00f3 bajo la caratula \u201c<strong><em>Averiguaci\u00f3n Violencia de G\u00e9nero<\/em><\/strong><em>\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Actualmente <strong>el efectivo se encuentra detenido por determinaci\u00f3n del Fiscal de Instrucci\u00f3n<\/strong> para realizar medidas preprocesales entre las cuales se destaca el examen de rigor en el <strong>Cuerpo M\u00e9dico Forense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En las pr\u00f3ximas horas, <strong>la Oficina Fiscal determinar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n del uniformado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><em>F.B.
