Para realizar el dep\u00f3sito, el <strong>estafador le solicit\u00f3 $3.200 el pasado jueves<\/strong> y <strong>en el d\u00eda de ayer le reitera la condici\u00f3n de otro dep\u00f3sito de una suma similar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ante la negativa del damnificado por no poseer m\u00e1s dinero, <strong>el \u00aboperador\u00bb cort\u00f3 la llamada<\/strong>. La v\u00edctima radic\u00f3 la denuncia tras intentar comunicarse al n\u00famero aunque sin resultado positivo.<\/p>\n<p>El ciudadano radic\u00f3 la denuncia en <strong>Comisar\u00eda 14\u00b0 <\/strong>y la causa se judicializ\u00f3 bajo <em>\u00abAveriguaci\u00f3n delito de estafa<\/em>\u00bb con instrucci\u00f3n de la<strong> Unidad Fiscal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><em>F.B.
