El hecho delictivo se consum\u00f3 cuando <strong>uno de los malvivientes<\/strong> <strong>extrajo un arma blanca<\/strong> de sus prendas y <strong>lo lesion\u00f3 en la zona del hombro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A posterior, los autores del robo se dieron a la fuga con <strong><em>una campera<\/em><\/strong> y <strong><em>un tel\u00e9fono celular<\/em><\/strong>, pertenecientes al damnificado.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho se judicializ\u00f3 en \u201c<em>Averiguaci\u00f3n robo agravado<\/em>\u201d bajo instrucci\u00f3n de la <strong>Unidad Fiscal<\/strong> de <strong>Comisaria<\/strong> <strong>14\u00b0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><em>F.B.
