El conductor del rodado menor fue hospitalizado.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Siendo las <strong>18:45h<\/strong> del d\u00eda de ayer un ciclista (<strong>80<\/strong>) se dispon\u00eda a cruzar la peligrosa intersecci\u00f3n, que se ha costado varios siniestros viales, comprendida por la Diagonal Jorge Sim\u00f3n y calle Roque S\u00e1enz Pe\u00f1a y fue colisionado por un autom\u00f3vil en el que circulaba una ciudadana de <strong>40<\/strong> a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>El octogenario result\u00f3 lesionado producto del impacto por lo que fue asistido en el lugar por los profesionales m\u00e9dicos a posterior trasladado al <strong>Hospital \u201c<em>Enfermeros Argentinos<\/em>\u201d<\/strong> donde le diagnosticaron <strong>Politraumatismos varios<\/strong>. Una vez sobrese\u00eddo del shock <strong>fue dado de alta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El hecho se judicializ\u00f3 en \u201c<em>Averiguaci\u00f3n lesiones culposas<\/em>\u201d con intervenci\u00f3n de la <strong>Unidad Fiscal de Comisar\u00eda 14\u00b0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h5><em>F.B.
