{"id":51388,"date":"2019-04-23T08:45:08","date_gmt":"2019-04-23T11:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=51388"},"modified":"2019-04-23T08:45:08","modified_gmt":"2019-04-23T11:45:08","slug":"de-cuanto-son-las-multas-por-no-ir-a-votar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/de-cuanto-son-las-multas-por-no-ir-a-votar\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfDE CU\u00c1NTO SON LAS MULTAS POR NO IR A VOTAR?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>La Justicia Nacional Electoral confirm\u00f3 este lunes que quienes,<\/strong><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">\u00a0sin justificativo, no concurran a votar en las PASO nacionales recibir\u00e1n una multa de\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">$ 50<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>mientras que en el caso de quienes hagan lo propio<\/strong>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">en las generales y en el posible balotaje<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ser\u00e1n<\/strong>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">sancionados con<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0$\u00a0100<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>A su vez, habilit\u00f3 en internet la\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">consulta a<\/strong>l\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Registro de Infractores al deber de votar<\/strong>\u00a0para que cada elector pueda\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">verificar su situaci\u00f3n, regularizarla o efectuar el reclamo por un error en la incorporaci\u00f3n<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes figuren como <strong>infractores podr\u00e1n regularizar su situaci\u00f3n mediante el pago de la multa que puede llegar hasta los<\/strong>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">$ 400<\/strong>, si se tienen en cuenta m\u00faltiples ausencias sin justificaci\u00f3n a las \u00faltimas cinco elecciones de 2015 y 2017 (dos PASO, dos generales y un balotaje).<\/p>\n<p>La consulta puede hacerse en el\u00a0<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">sitio web de la C\u00e1mara Nacional Electoral<\/strong>, en el\u00a0<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"https:\/\/infractores.padron.gob.ar\/\">Registro de Infractores al deber de votar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51389 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1-2-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"529\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1-2-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/1-2.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En esa misma p\u00e1gina se podr\u00e1 generar e imprimir la correspondiente boleta de pago, mientras que si un elector que figura como infractor considera que esa situaci\u00f3n no es correcta, pueden efectuar el reclamo.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, <strong>los mayores de 70 a\u00f1os y los menores de 18 a\u00f1os<\/strong> no figurar\u00e1n en el <strong>Registro de Infractores<\/strong>, aunque no hayan votado en 2015 o 2017.
