Por cada central que se instala tiene que haber un m\u00ednimo de 20 vecinos se adhieran\u201d, sostuvo Walther Marcolini, Intendente Municipal. \u201cEs una herramienta que disuade el delito\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n tiene tres funciones: la alarma, la emergencia m\u00e9dica y el \u201cestoy en camino\u201d, para poder conocer la ubicaci\u00f3n del resto de los miembros de la familia.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento hay 11 centrales instaladas en 6 barrios.
