Pas\u00f3 al penal de San Rafael.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una pareja se llev\u00f3 una sorpresa d\u00edas atr\u00e1s, cuando despertaron de la siesta y encontraron a un extra\u00f1o en la casa. La fiscal Andrea Lorente inform\u00f3 a este medio que el involucrado estaba buscando comida en la heladera y al ver a los due\u00f1os de casa intent\u00f3 escapar.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el escape del sospecho no fue como lo plane\u00f3, ya que estaba ebrio y se le dificult\u00f3 saltar una medianera. En tanto que la pareja dio por mientras aviso a la polic\u00eda y mientras el hombre segu\u00eda tratando de escapar, llegaron los uniformados y lo aprehendieron.<\/p>\n<p>El involucrado es Gabriel Natanel L\u00f3pez Mart\u00ednez, nacido en General Alvear y vive en San Rafael. Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la fiscal, el viernes se le realiz\u00f3 un juicio abreviado. Mart\u00ednez tiene un rosario de penas acumuladas y este delito le cost\u00f3 un pase al penal de San Rafael. Fue sentenciado por hurto agravado por escalamiento, en grado de tentativa.
