{"id":45185,"date":"2018-12-05T11:31:25","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T14:31:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=45185"},"modified":"2018-12-05T11:31:25","modified_gmt":"2018-12-05T14:31:25","slug":"se-dicto-un-curso-de-manipulacion-de-alimentos-en-el-hcd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/se-dicto-un-curso-de-manipulacion-de-alimentos-en-el-hcd\/","title":{"rendered":"SE DICT\u00d3 UN CURSO DE MANIPULACI\u00d3N DE ALIMENTOS EN EL HCD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde la <strong>Sub Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda<\/strong>, dependiente de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Inspecci\u00f3n General de la Municipalidad de General Alvear<\/strong> brindaron el \u00faltimo <strong>Curso 2018 de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos <\/strong>exigido por el <strong>C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino en su Art\u00edculo 21<\/strong>, en el sal\u00f3n del <strong>Concejo Deliberante a partir de las 9:00 hs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al mismo, <strong>asistieron 60 personas que elaboran productos alimenticios y deben renovar el curso una vez por a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En 2018 se han dictado 20 cursos<\/strong> a manipuladores de alimentos en el Concejo Deliberante y en \u00a0los distritos, la gente se interesa, se han incorporado muchas amas de casa que realizan conservas caseras para evitar <strong>Botulismo<\/strong>, dijo <strong>Sandra Rigoldi<\/strong>, de la <strong>Sub Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda<\/strong>.
