DICT\u00d3 EL CURSO DE MANIPULACI\u00d3N DE ALIMENTOS EN ALVEAR OESTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el \u00e1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda de la Municipalidad se dict\u00f3 un curso para Manipuladores de Alimentos en las instalaciones de la Delegaci\u00f3n de Alvear Oeste, dictado por T\u00e9cnicas de la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda, dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n municipal de Inspecci\u00f3n General.<\/p>\n<p>El curso estuvo orientado a mejorar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas a la hora de elaborar chacinados, productos envasados y alimentos caseros y el cual apunt\u00f3 a todas aquellas personas que se dedican no solo a la preparaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stos distintos tipos de alimentos para consumo propio, sino tambi\u00e9n, para aquellos que comercializan los mismos.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha capacitaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 temas tales como: Enfermedad Cel\u00edaca, Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufacturas y Enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos -ETAS-<\/p>\n<p><img
