{"id":35045,"date":"2018-05-22T09:59:51","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T12:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=35045"},"modified":"2018-05-22T09:59:51","modified_gmt":"2018-05-22T12:59:51","slug":"el-policia-que-mato-a-su-mujer-con-prision-domiciliaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/el-policia-que-mato-a-su-mujer-con-prision-domiciliaria\/","title":{"rendered":"EL POLIC\u00cdA QUE MAT\u00d3 A SU MUJER, CON PRISI\u00d3N DOMICILIARIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Juzgado de Garant\u00edas de General Alvear otorg\u00f3 este lunes el beneficio de prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria a Hugo Acu\u00f1a, el efectivo policial que el pasado 15 de abril asesin\u00f3 a su esposa tras dispararle en la cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan asegur\u00f3 el abogado de Acu\u00f1a, la Justicia consider\u00f3 que no existen riesgos procesales y que la familia de la v\u00edctima aprob\u00f3 la medida.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el acusado tiene un hijo menor de 2 a\u00f1os, a su total responsabilidad desde la muerte de su madre, lo que tambi\u00e9n fue evaluado por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al informe pericial realizado tras el homicidio, el disparo que mat\u00f3 a Mar\u00eda Lorena Segura se efectu\u00f3 a corta distancia.
