Pas\u00f3 el tiempo y P\u00e9rez se fue del gobierno con solo ocho de las bibliotecas entregadas: su gesti\u00f3n entr\u00f3 hacia el final en una crisis financiera que paraliz\u00f3 esos y otros trabajos.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, en 2016, Alfredo Cornejo retom\u00f3 el proyecto, sald\u00f3 deudas con las constructoras y los trabajos siguieron adelante. As\u00ed, el gobernador inaugur\u00f3 seis bibliotecas m\u00e1s.
