A trav\u00e9s de un fallo publicado por el Poder Judicial se dict\u00f3 sentencia definitiva en la causa caratulada: \u201cSindicato Unido de los Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n C\/Gobierno de Mendoza p\/ acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este marco el Gobernador de la Provincia de Mendoza Alfredo Cornejo expres\u00f3: \u201cNuestro Gobierno siempre estuvo convencido que deb\u00edamos aplicar el \u00edtem aula para mejorar la calidad educativa para beneficios de nuestros docentes y alumnos\u201d.|<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste fallo cierra el cap\u00edtulo del orden del sistema educativo y marca el inicio del proceso de perfeccionamiento del mismo.
