Es imposible pensar que la recomposici\u00f3n del noroeste de la pampa se vaya hacer en detrimento de destruir un pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, hizo referencia al pedido en cantidad de agua que hace La Pampa y expres\u00f3 \u201csi La Pampa recibe lo que exige, va a desaparecer Carmensa. <strong>SE VA A DESTRUIR EL OASIS PRODUCTIVO POR UN CAPRICHO<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Y finalizo, \u201c<strong>EL CAPRICHO Y EL ESTAR CERRADO A LA NEGOCIACI\u00d3N, EST\u00c1N PONIENDO EN RIESGO LA VIDA DE UN PUEBLO.
