Es que los terrenos acu\u00e1ticos cenagosos, suelos rocosos y grandes piedras pueden ocasionar accidentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunas recomendcaciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No debe ingerirse alcohol ni drogas\u00a0<\/strong>previo a meterse al agua.<\/li>\n<li>No sobrepasar la\u00a0<strong>l\u00ednea de boyado.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar tirarse con colchonetas de agua<\/strong>\u00a0o elementos inflables.<\/li>\n<li>Mantener en\u00a0<strong>estricta vigilancia a los menores<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>No nadar solo en lugares profundos.<\/li>\n<li>En el caso de los que se animan a la aventura y\u00a0<strong>navegan en embarcaciones<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n se les pide adoptar una conducta responsable y prudente:<\/li>\n<li>Informarse de la\u00a0<strong>situaci\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica<\/strong>\u00a0antes de salir a navegar.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar siempre\u00a0<strong>salvavidas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar<strong>\u00a0chaleco reflectivo y botiqu\u00edn<\/strong>\u00a0de primeros auxilios.<\/li>\n<li>Navegar en forma segura.<\/li>\n<li>Revisar la seguridad de la embarcaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entre las principales recomendaciones\u00a0est\u00e1 prohibido ba\u00f1arse en los espejos de agua y cauces que no se encuentren habilitados\u00a0para tal fin.
