Con la participaci\u00f3n de cerca de 50 vecinos, se realiz\u00f3 el primer taller sobre elaboraci\u00f3n y manejo de huertas familiares en el barrio San Carlos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n fue dictada por la Asesor\u00eda de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental<\/span><\/strong> y organizada por la oficina municipal del barrio.<\/p>\n

Durante la jornada, se brindaron conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos para iniciar una huerta en casa<\/span><\/strong>, con herramientas para la preparaci\u00f3n del suelo, t\u00e9cnicas de siembra y cuidados b\u00e1sicos de las plantas.<\/p>\n

La propuesta permiti\u00f3 acercar a las familias recursos para producir sus propios alimentos y aprovechar los espacios disponibles en sus viviendas.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa busca promover el acceso a alimentos frescos<\/span><\/strong>, saludables y agroecol\u00f3gicos<\/span><\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de fomentar la soberan\u00eda alimentaria, el consumo responsable y la incorporaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas sustentables en los hogares y la comunidad.<\/p>\n

La convocatoria y el inter\u00e9s de los participantes impulsan la continuidad de la propuesta, que se replicar\u00e1 en distintos puntos del departamento para acompa\u00f1ar a m\u00e1s familias en la creaci\u00f3n y el cuidado de sus propias huertas.<\/p>\n
