Libertador Norte y A. del Valle de nuestro departamento.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Durante operativos preventivos, personal policial procedi\u00f3 al control e identificaci\u00f3n de dos personas que se conduc\u00edan en una moto de bajas cilindradas; al practicarles el respectivo dosaje de alcohol en sangre, arrojaron resultados positivos, para el conductor (S.G) y su acompa\u00f1ante (D.G).<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del rodado y al traslado a sede judicial de las personas, donde se labr\u00f3 del debido proceso contravencional.<\/p>\n<p>El conductor es notificado por Inf. al Art. 67 Bis y 116 de la Ley 9099\/18, y al acompa\u00f1ante se lo notifica por Inf. al Art. 95 de la Ley 9099\/18.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El hecho sucedi\u00f3 en Av.
