La investigaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 establecer la responsabilidad del acusado, quien fue juzgado como delincuente reincidente.<\/p>\n<p>La condena fue dictada luego de que el juez Claudio Gil homologara un juicio abreviado, aceptando la pena acordada entre las partes.
