Este domingo 22 de febrero se desarroll\u00f3 en General Alvear una posta solidaria en el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Lucha contra el C\u00e1ncer Infantil. La actividad comenz\u00f3 en el Paseo de los Artesanos y finaliz\u00f3 en la Plaza de los Ni\u00f1os, en el barrio Policial, donde se llevaron a cabo acciones de concientizaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

La directora de Familia<\/em>, Gabriela Arzel\u00e1n<\/strong><\/span>, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cun a\u00f1o m\u00e1s acompa\u00f1amos esta fecha tan significativa. El objetivo es poner el acento en la detecci\u00f3n temprana para acceder a un tratamiento oportuno, ya que cuando se diagnostica a tiempo, las posibilidades de respuesta favorable son mayores\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de familias que han atravesado esta enfermedad y el compromiso sostenido en cada convocatoria.<\/p>\n

Se present\u00f3 nuevamente el coraz\u00f3n met\u00e1lico destinado a la recolecci\u00f3n de tapitas pl\u00e1sticas. Estos materiales luego se comercializan para adquirir insumos hospitalarios. \u201cEsta iniciativa permite colaborar con el sistema de salud y, al mismo tiempo, generar conciencia ambiental sobre la importancia de reciclar\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, agreg\u00f3 Arzel\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la concejal Gisela Bello<\/strong> <\/span>expres\u00f3: \u201cAlvear siempre hace visible esta fecha. Son herramientas para informar y acompa\u00f1ar a quienes transitan esta realidad\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 el trabajo conjunto de la Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes, el \u00e1rea de Salud, Municipio Saludable, Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia, instituciones y vecinos que se sumaron a la propuesta.<\/p>\n
