{"id":157604,"date":"2026-02-08T08:42:26","date_gmt":"2026-02-08T11:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=157604"},"modified":"2026-02-09T08:43:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T11:43:52","slug":"alcoholemia-positiva-durante-un-control-vial-en-general-alvear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/alcoholemia-positiva-durante-un-control-vial-en-general-alvear\/","title":{"rendered":"ALCOHOLEMIA POSITIVA DURANTE UN CONTROL VIAL EN GENERAL ALVEAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Un conductor dio positivo en un control de alcoholemia realizado durante la madrugada del domingo en la ciudad de General Alvear.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>domingo 8 de febrero de 2026<\/strong>, alrededor de las <strong>04:50 horas<\/strong>, en la intersecci\u00f3n de <strong>avenida Alvear Oeste y calle San Rafael<\/strong>, donde personal de la <strong>Delegaci\u00f3n Vial de General Alvear<\/strong> llevaba adelante un operativo de control vehicular de rutina.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el procedimiento, uno de los conductores controlados arroj\u00f3 <strong>resultado positivo de alcoholemia<\/strong>, con un registro de <strong>1,876 gramos de alcohol por litro de sangre<\/strong>. Se trata de <strong>M. A. G. C.<\/strong>, un hombre de <strong>50 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se procedi\u00f3 a la <strong>retenci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo y de la licencia de conducir<\/strong>, conforme a la normativa vigente.
