Este viernes y s\u00e1bado, en el Sal\u00f3n Fern\u00e1ndez del Predio Ferial, desarroll\u00f3 la 2\u00b0 edici\u00f3n de la ExpoAlvear \u00abGastronom\u00eda y Vinos\u00bb, organizada por el CCT N\u00b0 6-035 Carlos Obligado y el CCT N\u00b0 6-401 de Bowen, con el acompa\u00f1amiento de la Municipalidad de General Alvear, la Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo y la C\u00e1mara de Comercio.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Durante dos jornadas se llevaron a cabo clases magistrales gratuitas, muestras gastron\u00f3micas y capacitaciones, y el viernes por la noche se vivi\u00f3 un momento especial con la degustaci\u00f3n de vinos y maridaje.<\/p>\n

El director de Turismo<\/em>, Gustavo Garc\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>, expres\u00f3: \u201cel turismo tiene hoy como eje a la gastronom\u00eda, y que Alvear sea formador de futuros chefs o camareros nos da un valor agregado muy importante. Desde la Direcci\u00f3n y el Municipio siempre apoyamos estas buenas iniciativas, porque se trata de disfrutar, de pasar buenos momentos, de degustar nuestra gastronom\u00eda y nuestros vinos\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Por su parte, la directora del CCT Carlos Obligado<\/em>, Ana Enrique<\/strong><\/span>, destac\u00f3: \u201chemos tenido una gran convocatoria, han venido de toda la provincia. Esto enriquece a nuestro CCT, trajimos todas las especialidades para que se conozcan, porque queremos capacitar para que nuestros alumnos tengan buena preparaci\u00f3n y salida laboral en el sector gastron\u00f3mico, que hoy est\u00e1 en auge\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

La ExpoAlvear cerr\u00f3 su segunda edici\u00f3n con un balance altamente positivo, mostrando que General Alvear tiene un gran presente y futuro en el turismo gastron\u00f3mico y vitivin\u00edcola.<\/p>\n
