{"id":152794,"date":"2025-09-10T12:00:51","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T15:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=152794"},"modified":"2025-09-11T09:55:22","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T12:55:22","slug":"modificacion-al-codigo-procesal-civil-comercial-y-tributario-jose-vilches-destaco-que-la-reforma-judicial-ahorrara-tiempo-y-dinero-a-los-mendocinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/modificacion-al-codigo-procesal-civil-comercial-y-tributario-jose-vilches-destaco-que-la-reforma-judicial-ahorrara-tiempo-y-dinero-a-los-mendocinos\/","title":{"rendered":"MODIFICACI\u00d3N AL  C\u00d3DIGO PROCESAL CIVIL, COMERCIAL Y TRIBUTARIO:  JOS\u00c9 VILCHES DESTAC\u00d3 QUE LA REFORMA JUDICIAL AHORRAR\u00c1 TIEMPO Y DINERO A LOS MENDOCINOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #003300;\">La C\u00e1mara de Senadores aprob\u00f3 el proyecto que busca agilizar la obtenci\u00f3n del beneficio de litigar sin gastos, una herramienta clave que permite a personas sin recursos suficientes acceder a la justicia sin pagar tasas ni aportes judiciales. <em>Al ser aprobada por ambas C\u00e1maras, fue remitida al Poder Ejecutivo para su promulgaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con <strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\">FM VI\u00d1AS<\/span><\/strong>, el diputado provincial <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Vilches<\/strong><\/span> explic\u00f3 que esta iniciativa <strong><em>\u201cviene a dar respuesta a un reclamo hist\u00f3rico de la sociedad, que pide una justicia m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y accesible\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> Hasta ahora, el tr\u00e1mite pod\u00eda demorar entre tres meses y un a\u00f1o y medio, generando trabas importantes para iniciar juicios civiles, de familia o sucesorios.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo sistema se apoyar\u00e1 en el <strong>SINTIS<\/strong> <em>(Sistema de Identificaci\u00f3n Nacional Tributario y Social)<\/em>, una base de datos nacional a la que el Poder Judicial de Mendoza acceder\u00e1 en forma directa gracias a un convenio con la Secretar\u00eda de Innovaci\u00f3n. Esto permitir\u00e1 que la verificaci\u00f3n de los requisitos para otorgar el beneficio se realice en apenas <strong>un minuto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cEl ahorro ser\u00e1 enorme: hablamos de unas 9.900 horas de trabajo y de un costo estimado en 155 millones de pesos que podr\u00e1 destinarse a mejorar el servicio judicial\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, destac\u00f3 Vilches.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, originado en la <strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de Mendoza<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de su<strong> Laboratorio de Innovaci\u00f3n Judicial, modifica el art\u00edculo 96 del C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil, Comercial y Tributario<\/strong>.
