As\u00ed el dinero ser\u00e1 rendido en tiempo y forma ante el Tribunal de Cuentas.<\/p>\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 proporcionalmente. Para esto, se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta la cantidad de habitantes y un n\u00famero estimativo de potenciales beneficiarios. Las cifras oscilan entre $140.000 y $620.000, seg\u00fan la poblaci\u00f3n de cada departamento.
