{"id":147364,"date":"2025-04-25T08:45:43","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T11:45:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=147364"},"modified":"2025-04-25T10:27:49","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T13:27:49","slug":"feriado-o-dia-no-laborable-como-se-considera-el-viernes-2-de-mayo-en-argentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/feriado-o-dia-no-laborable-como-se-considera-el-viernes-2-de-mayo-en-argentina\/","title":{"rendered":"FERIADO O D\u00cdA NO LABORABLE: C\u00d3MO SE CONSIDERA EL VIERNES 2 DE MAYO EN ARGENTINA?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si bien comparten el objetivo de impulsar el turismo y extender el descanso, cada uno se implementa de forma distinta.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al margen de los rumores que giraron en torno al\u00a0<strong>viernes 2 de mayo de 2025<\/strong>, el Gobierno nacional estableci\u00f3, a trav\u00e9s de un decreto, que\u00a0<strong>ser\u00e1 un d\u00eda no laborable con fines tur\u00edsticos<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Ministerio del Interior inform\u00f3 que estos d\u00edas\u00a0<strong>no se consideran feriados tradicionales<\/strong>, sino jornadas de descanso opcionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Su objetivo es\u00a0<strong>promover el turismo en el pa\u00eds\u00a0<\/strong>y, de esa forma, poder distribuir mejor la actividad durante el a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bajo este panorama, si bien<strong>\u00a0el sector p\u00fablico no tendr\u00e1 actividad<\/strong>, la decisi\u00f3n de otorgar o no el d\u00eda libre a los empleados\u00a0<strong>depender\u00e1 de cada empleador<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La principal diferencia entre<em>\u00a0\u201cferiado puente tur\u00edstico\u201d<\/em>\u00a0y\u00a0<em>\u201cd\u00eda no laborable por puente tur\u00edstico\u201d<\/em>, es que el primero<strong>\u00a0es obligatorio para todos los empleadores<\/strong>, quienes deben otorgar el d\u00eda libre a sus empleados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mientras que la decisi\u00f3n del segundo de otorgar este descanso\u00a0<strong>depende de cada empresa<\/strong>, que puede o no darle el d\u00eda libre a sus empleados.<\/span><\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-2 \"><\/aside>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Los d\u00edas no laborables por puente tur\u00edstico en 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viernes 2 de mayo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viernes 15 de agosto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Viernes 21 de noviembre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Si bien comparten el objetivo de impulsar el turismo y extender el descanso, cada uno se implementa de forma distinta.
