El evento en el que particip\u00f3 el Intendente Walther Marcolini y que se realiz\u00f3 en el predio ferial, est\u00e1 destinado a bodegueros, en\u00f3logos, productores y p\u00fablico en general para que pueda aprender a degustar y conocer los vinos que se hacen en la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Los bodegueros y en\u00f3logos son los encargados de evaluar los vinos dispuestos para la degustaci\u00f3n, que en esta edici\u00f3n fueron 5 vinos blancos, 1 rosado y 6 tintos. \u201cLos colores fueron mejores de lo que se esperaban, tanto en los resultados en la bodega como en la degustaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 la Presidenta del Centro de En\u00f3logos, Gisela Rahman quien estuvo al frente de la degustaci\u00f3n dirigida, y que tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que Evinsur \u201csirve para ver el esfuerzo de los en\u00f3logos y los productores para lograr la mejor calidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Otro objetivo del evento, es impulsar la apertura de negocios y posicionar a los vinos locales en nuevos mercados; con respecto a esto Jos\u00e9 Luis Matellanes, Secretario General de Intendencia, manifest\u00f3: \u201cEs un esfuerzo importante que hacen nuestros productores para mostrar y posicionar los vinos de Alvear\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El discurso de apertura de Evinsur 2016, estuvo a cargo del Intendente municipal Walther Marcolini, quien agradeci\u00f3 a los organizadores por la continuidad y resalt\u00f3 la labor del Centro de En\u00f3logos y del Centro de Bodegueros ante \u201cuna cosecha diferente producto de las lluvias que afectaron la calidad y debido a eso, deben realizar un mayor
