El conductor circulaba bajo los efectos del alcohol y no contaba con licencia de conducir ni seguro.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este lunes, el <em>Jefe de la Polic\u00eda Departamental<\/em>, el <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Crio. Iv\u00e1n Berm\u00fadez<\/strong><\/span>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201cse ha notado un incremente en conductores que circulan bajo los efectos del alcohol y, si bien la cifra se puede relacionar con la temporada del a\u00f1o, esta es una problem\u00e1tica presente constantemente\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As\u00ed mismo, el Comisario explic\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201cconstantemente se advierte sobre esta situaci\u00f3n, tanto por parte del Gobierno como tambi\u00e9n por las Fuerzas de Seguridad\u201d<\/em><\/strong> y apunt\u00f3 <strong><em>\u201clamentablemente, si los conductores no empiezan a tomar conciencia y entienden el peligro que representa estas acciones, ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil encontrar una soluci\u00f3n\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por otro lado, Berm\u00fadez afirm\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201clos controles con el alcohol\u00edmetro se realizan constantemente, reforz\u00e1ndolos durante los fines de semanas y en fechas especiales\u201d.<\/em><\/strong> Junto a los controles, personal policial labra actas a conductores que rompen las normas de seguridad, siendo as\u00ed que el pasado fin de semana se labraron dos actas por alcoholemia positiva.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado s\u00e1bado un hombre volc\u00f3 con su autom\u00f3vil en calle Centenario.
