{"id":140415,"date":"2024-10-09T18:36:56","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T21:36:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=140415"},"modified":"2024-10-09T18:40:42","modified_gmt":"2024-10-09T21:40:42","slug":"contratos-laborales-para-jovenes-con-discapacidad-un-paso-mas-hacia-la-inclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/contratos-laborales-para-jovenes-con-discapacidad-un-paso-mas-hacia-la-inclusion\/","title":{"rendered":"CONTRATOS LABORALES PARA J\u00d3VENES CON DISCAPACIDAD, UN PASO M\u00c1S HACIA LA INCLUSI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Esta ma\u00f1ana se concret\u00f3 un importante avance en la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de j\u00f3venes con discapacidad en nuestro municipio.<\/h4>\n<p>Se firmaron los contratos de tres nuevas incorporaciones que comenzar\u00e1n a formar parte del equipo municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En General Alvear, <strong>muchas personas con discapacidad enfrentan la dificultad de acceder a empleos formales y a las oportunidades necesarias para su desarrollo profesional.<\/strong> Con el objetivo de acompa\u00f1ar y asesorar a estos j\u00f3venes en su camino hacia un proyecto de vida laboral, se ha desarrollado un programa integral que busca facilitar su inserci\u00f3n en el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Tamara<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Juan Carlos<\/strong><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Diego<\/strong><\/span> fueron los primeros j\u00f3venes que se incorporaron al Municipio. <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Viviana Lima<\/strong><\/span>, <em>de la Direcci\u00f3n de Discapacidad, <\/em>explic\u00f3 que <em><strong>\u00abTamara trabajar\u00e1 en el \u00c1rea de Salud, Juan Carlos se desempe\u00f1a en atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, en el \u00c1rea de Familia, y Diego cumplir\u00e1 funciones en la Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>.
