{"id":138473,"date":"2024-08-15T08:30:08","date_gmt":"2024-08-15T11:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=138473"},"modified":"2024-08-16T08:40:58","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T11:40:58","slug":"el-gobierno-destino-casi-4-mil-millones-de-pesos-para-el-cierre-del-idr-y-la-restructuracion-de-aemsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/el-gobierno-destino-casi-4-mil-millones-de-pesos-para-el-cierre-del-idr-y-la-restructuracion-de-aemsa\/","title":{"rendered":"EL GOBIERNO DESTIN\u00d3 CASI 4 MIL MILLONES DE PESOS PARA EL CIERRE DEL IDR Y LA RESTRUCTURACI\u00d3N DE AEMSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La novedad se conoci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de dos decretos publicados en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El\u00a0<strong>Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0confirm\u00f3 que utilizar\u00e1 casi 4 mil millones de pesos para liquidar el\u00a0<strong>Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (IDR<\/strong>) y\u00a0para la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<strong>Aeron\u00e1utica de Mendoza Sociedad An\u00f3nima (<em>A<\/em>emsa)<\/strong>, luego de la decisi\u00f3n de la eliminaci\u00f3n de la lucha antigranizo con aviones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esta novedad se conoci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de los decretos 1.362 y 1.418 del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n publicados este mi\u00e9rcoles en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la norma 1.362 se le otorg\u00f3 un aporte de capital irrevocable para Aemsa de 2.200 millones de pesos, el cual se utilizar\u00e1 para la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la empresa. <strong>\u201c<em>Se establece una reestructuraci\u00f3n que tiene un costo total estimado de 1.800 millones de pesos, m\u00e1s un monto de 400 millones de pesos destinado a cubrir las contingencias jur\u00eddicas y eventuales reclamos judiciales que puedan surgir en el proceso\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vale recordar que <strong>Aemsa<\/strong> despidi\u00f3 a los 27 pilotos que prestaban servicios en la lucha antigranizo y actualmente solo cuenta con aviones y radares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por otra parte,<strong> a trav\u00e9s del decreto 1.438 se destinaron 1.760 millones de pesos para finalizar la liquidaci\u00f3n del Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (IDR).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este dinero deber\u00e1 ser rendido por el vicepresidente, tesorero y el liquidador del IDR en un plazo no mayor a 90 d\u00edas corridos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A finales de junio, la cartera que conduce <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Rodolfo Vargas Arizu<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0decidi\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n del IDR y el Instituto de Desarrollo Comercial (IDC), como parte de una reestructuraci\u00f3n presupuestaria.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La novedad se conoci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de dos decretos publicados en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.
