{"id":138431,"date":"2024-08-14T09:20:29","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T12:20:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=138431"},"modified":"2024-08-15T08:31:25","modified_gmt":"2024-08-15T11:31:25","slug":"imagenes-de-abusos-a-menores-prision-domiciliaria-para-el-ex-candidato-a-concejal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/imagenes-de-abusos-a-menores-prision-domiciliaria-para-el-ex-candidato-a-concejal\/","title":{"rendered":"IM\u00c1GENES DE ABUSOS A MENORES: PRISI\u00d3N DOMICILIARIA PARA EL EX CANDIDATO A CONCEJAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En un megaoperativo a principios de agosto, que cont\u00f3 con casi 20 allanamientos en San Rafael y Malarg\u00fce, <span class=\"sigijh_hlt sigijh_animateMe\">se investigaron presuntos delitos de tenencia, distribuci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes de abusos sexuales a menores y acoso virtual <em>(grooming).<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Ramos<\/strong><\/span>, el ex candidato a concejal por el Partido Verde que fue detenido en el marco de las investigaciones respecto a posibles casos de tenencia y distribuci\u00f3n de material de abuso sexual infantil y acoso virtual a menores (grooming) en nuestra zona,<strong> recibi\u00f3 el beneficio de la prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ramos<strong> sigue siendo investigado y arriesga ir preso por el delito que se le imputa<\/strong>. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, el <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">juez Jorge Fonseca<\/span> <\/strong>hizo lugar al pedido de la defensa del acusado y accedi\u00f3 a que Ramos deje el penal de Almafuerte, donde estaba alojado, y contin\u00fae cursando en su casa la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La investigaci\u00f3n por pedofilia en San Rafael<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La investigaci\u00f3n por\u00a0<strong>pedofilia\u00a0<\/strong>que lidera el fiscal departamental Javier Giaroli sostiene que el 17 de diciembre de 2023, a trav\u00e9s de un perfil de Facebook con su nombre pero escrito en \u00e1rabe, comparti\u00f3 con otro usuario un video de 22 segundos donde un ni\u00f1o de 10 a\u00f1os aproximadamente era abusado sexualmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El sospechoso fue imputado por distribuci\u00f3n de material de\u00a0<strong>abuso sexual infantil\u00a0<\/strong>agravado por ser la v\u00edctima menor de 13 a\u00f1os, delito por el que arriesga una pena de entre 4 y 8 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel.
