{"id":137366,"date":"2024-07-12T08:58:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-12T11:58:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=137366"},"modified":"2024-07-13T10:31:26","modified_gmt":"2024-07-13T13:31:26","slug":"un-alvearense-fue-condenado-por-poseer-material-pedofilo-e-imputado-por-producir-contenido-de-zoofilia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/un-alvearense-fue-condenado-por-poseer-material-pedofilo-e-imputado-por-producir-contenido-de-zoofilia\/","title":{"rendered":"UN ALVEARENSE FUE CONDENADO POR POSEER MATERIAL PED\u00d3FILO E IMPUTADO POR PRODUCIR CONTENIDO DE ZOOFILIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El hecho fue descubierto por una ONG de Estados Unidos que, tras detectar el material de pedofilia, realizaron la denuncia en la Justicia de Argentina.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este aberrante hecho se conoci\u00f3 hace algunos d\u00edas y por \u00e9l fue condenado un hombre oriundo de General Alvear por la tenencia de material de abuso sexual infantil e imputado por producci\u00f3n propia de material de zoofilia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El periodista Cristian P\u00e9rez Barcel\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TVAAlvear\/videos\/830498919029584\">explic\u00f3 en distintos medios<\/a> de la provincia que <strong><em>\u201cuna vez que<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>esta ONG detect\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n se comunic\u00f3 con una fiscal de Buenos Aires, quien envi\u00f3 sus oficios a la jurisdicci\u00f3n correspondiente\u00bb.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Tras realizar la investigaci\u00f3n, la Justicia de La Pampa determin\u00f3 que el tel\u00e9fono que conten\u00eda el material ped\u00f3filo pertenec\u00eda a una mujer octogenaria de La Pampa, con graves problemas psiqui\u00e1tricos, resultando inimputable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 P\u00e9rez Barcel\u00f3,<strong><em> \u00abla mujer pose\u00eda este material porque se lo hab\u00eda compartido un hombre de General Alvear\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>. En este punto comenz\u00f3 a actuar el Dr. Javier Giarolli, Fiscal de la Segunda Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial de Mendoza. Una vez realizada la investigaci\u00f3n pertinente, se retuvo el tel\u00e9fono del acusado as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se orden\u00f3 su aprehensi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al reconocer el hecho, <strong>el masculino fue a Juicio Abreviado y, al no contar con antecedentes penales, fue condenado a 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso<\/strong>.
