En este emotivo homenaje que realza la figura de aquellos que combatieron en las Islas Malvinas estuvo presente Cristina Gallardo, viuda del homenajeado excombatiente.<\/p>\n<p>En exclusiva para FM VI\u00d1AS, Gallardo relat\u00f3 que<em><strong> \u00abel tambi\u00e9n veterano Ricardo Chiapa lleg\u00f3 con esta idea, en ese momento se busc\u00f3 una calle y luego iniciar un largo proceso para poder cumplir este deseo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em> Nelson Rouse falleci\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2017, producto de un fatal c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00abComo familia estamos muy orgullosos del recomiendo, homenaje y respeto que le han dado en su tierra a Nelson\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, expres\u00f3 en una emotiva charla. Adem\u00e1s, detall\u00f3 que<strong><em> \u00aben el a\u00f1o 1981 fue convocado al Servicio Militar Obligatorio por las Fuerzas Armadas.
