Mart\u00edn Hidalgo, Subsecretario de Aguas del R\u00edo Atuel.<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En cuanto al uso del agua para riego de plantaciones, el Ingeniero se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201centendemos que en esa zona toda la plantaci\u00f3n se ha dado de forma natural al tener agua sin intervenci\u00f3n del hombre\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La primera notificaci\u00f3n se dio durante el a\u00f1o 2021 y <strong><em>\u201ccreemos que ha pasado un tiempo \u00a0prudente para que se proceda al empadronamiento correspondiente. En caso de que no se realice esta reglamentaci\u00f3n se comenzar\u00e1n a aplicar multas\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, culmin\u00f3 el Ing.
