{"id":131898,"date":"2024-01-25T08:55:45","date_gmt":"2024-01-25T11:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=131898"},"modified":"2024-01-26T08:37:45","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T11:37:45","slug":"recomendaciones-y-advertencias-ante-la-ola-de-calor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/recomendaciones-y-advertencias-ante-la-ola-de-calor\/","title":{"rendered":"RECOMENDACIONES Y ADVERTENCIAS ANTE LA OLA DE CALOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La provincia registra temperaturas muy altas que superan los 40 grados, y en General Alvear las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas muestran que estamos teniendo muy poca concentraci\u00f3n de vapor de agua en la atmosfera, entonces no vamos a tener tormentas al menos por los pr\u00f3ximos diez d\u00edas.Por eso hay que tomar las medidas necesarias para evitar un golpe de calor y a su vez tomar conciencia al momento de ba\u00f1arse en causes, diques y r\u00edos en los que no est\u00e1 permitido.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sergio Sendra, desde Defensa Civil, indic\u00f3 al respecto: <em><strong>\u201cEst\u00e1 prohibido terminantemente ba\u00f1arse en los canales y en las acequias\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3: <strong>\u201cEl r\u00edo est\u00e1 viniendo con una cota superior a lo normal\u201d<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n tener en cuenta <em><strong>\u201cson causes que no est\u00e1n preparados para recibir ba\u00f1istas entonces hay que aumentar las precauciones.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anal\u00eda Garc\u00eda, desde esta \u00c1rea, sostuvo que en estos d\u00edas hay que tener algunos cuidados para la protecci\u00f3n y as\u00ed evitar los golpes de calor. <strong><em>\u201cLa hidrataci\u00f3n es muy importante. Al menos ocho vasos al d\u00eda, como m\u00ednimo, deber\u00edamos ingerir. Tenemos que evitar aquellos alimentos que son con grasa, frituras y dem\u00e1s.
