{"id":130990,"date":"2023-12-27T08:24:58","date_gmt":"2023-12-27T11:24:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=130990"},"modified":"2023-12-28T08:51:58","modified_gmt":"2023-12-28T11:51:58","slug":"seguridad-secuestro-pirotecnia-ilegal-en-navidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/seguridad-secuestro-pirotecnia-ilegal-en-navidad\/","title":{"rendered":"SEGURIDAD SECUESTR\u00d3 PIROTECNIA ILEGAL EN NAVIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Los procedimientos fueron en el Gran Mendoza, Valle de Uco y Este provincial.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una importante cantidad de pirotecnia ilegal fue secuestrada por la Polic\u00eda en los festejos por Navidad en Mendoza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En total, se incautaron unos 17 bultos en Gran Mendoza, Valle de Uco y Este provincial, distribuidos en: 10 en Ciudad; 1 en Las Heras; 2 en Guaymall\u00e9n; 2 en Tupungato y 2 en San Mart\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el operativo trabaj\u00f3 personal Registro Provincial de Armas (REPAR) junto a los municipios, para detectar y sancionar la venta irregular de pirotecnia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hay que destacar que en Mendoza contin\u00faa la prohibici\u00f3n en la venta y el uso de pirotecnia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las acciones se vienen trabajando desde 2016, cuyo objetivo era llegar a\u00a0<em>Pirotecnia 0<\/em>\u00a0en todo el territorio provincial. En 2020, los municipios aprobaron una ordenanza.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El departamento de Tupungato es el \u00fanico habilitado, por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, para uso de pirotecnia lum\u00ednica, llamada pirotecnia fr\u00eda, exclusiva de eventos y de alto costo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Multas<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los valores de las multas para quienes incumplan la ordenanza de los municipios dispuesta por la Ley Tributaria 9432\/23 -vigencia desde el 1\/01\/2023 al 31\/12\/2023- art\u00edculo 27 inciso A.10 ser\u00e1n de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.1 multas por infracci\u00f3n a la ley N\u00b06954 de $49.350 a $81.890.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.2 Reincidencia infracci\u00f3n ley N\u00b0 6954 de $98.700 a $163.820.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.3 Infracci\u00f3n art\u00edculo 3 ley N\u00b0 6954 de $245.770.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los procedimientos fueron en el Gran Mendoza, Valle de Uco y Este provincial.
