Dar\u00edo Olgu\u00edn, representante del Sindicato se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201choy contamos con casi 450 afiliados, la cifra se va modificando constantemente porque hay muchos que se jubilan pero tambi\u00e9n hay muchos afiliados nuevos\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Olgu\u00edn destac\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201cdurante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os siempre se logr\u00f3 mantener un buen di\u00e1logo con el Sr. Intendente y el Ejecutivo, pero tambi\u00e9n logramos usar a las asambleas como herramientas eficaces de di\u00e1logo\u201d. <\/em><\/strong>Durante cada gesti\u00f3n, el SOEMGA busca que se respeten y mantengan los derechos de los trabajadores municipales. Tambi\u00e9n puso en valor que <strong><em>\u201cdurante la gesti\u00f3n de Marcolini se logr\u00f3 llevar los salarios a los valores nacionales, una situaci\u00f3n que ya estaba en di\u00e1logo con la gesti\u00f3n anterior\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, Olgu\u00edn lament\u00f3 que<strong><em> \u201clos trabajadores no tienen respaldo de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Trabajo y hay un Ministerio ausente\u201d. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada 8 de noviembre se celebra el D\u00eda del Empleado Municipal.
