Mart\u00edn Hidalgo\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong><em>\u201cla red es muy compleja y siempre se torna dif\u00edcil resolver con rapidez los problemas que se presentan a lo largo de jornadas con mucho viento\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado, cuando comenzaron a correr intensas rafas de viento, los canales de riego se vieron afectados, principalmente, por cardos rusos que se acumulaban en los cauces y generaban tapones en los puentes. <strong><em>\u201cEn algunos lugares se tuvo que trabajar con alguna maquinaria para encontrar soluci\u00f3n.
