{"id":118392,"date":"2023-02-09T10:41:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T13:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/?p=118392"},"modified":"2023-02-09T10:41:13","modified_gmt":"2023-02-09T13:41:13","slug":"la-camara-de-comercio-de-general-alvear-convoca-a-sus-socios-a-una-asamblea-general-ordinaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vinasfm.com\/noticias\/la-camara-de-comercio-de-general-alvear-convoca-a-sus-socios-a-una-asamblea-general-ordinaria\/","title":{"rendered":"LA C\u00c1MARA DE COMERCIO DE GENERAL ALVEAR CONVOCA A SUS SOCIOS A UNA ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><b>Estimado Socio:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>Conforme a lo establecido en el art. 38\u00ba de los estatutos de la instituci\u00f3n los invitamos a participar de la Asamblea General Ordinaria<\/strong><\/em>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Asamblea se celebrar\u00e1 en la sede de la entidad, Paso de los Andes 525 de General Alvear, el 20 de febrero a las 20:00.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Durante la Asamblea se tratar\u00e1 el siguiente Orden del D\u00eda: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>1.<\/strong> Consideraci\u00f3n de las razones de la realizaci\u00f3n fuera de t\u00e9rmino.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>2.<\/strong> Lectura \u00a0y consideraci\u00f3n \u00a0del Acta de la Asamblea anterior.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>3.<\/strong> Lectura y consideraci\u00f3n de la memoria y balance del ejercicio cerrado al 31 de julio de 2.022.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>4.<\/strong> Designaci\u00f3n de una junta escrutadora.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>5.<\/strong> Considerar la capitalizaci\u00f3n de resultados no asignados, conforme a las prescripciones estatutarias.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>6.<\/strong> Renovaci\u00f3n Parcial de la comisi\u00f3n directiva y revisora de cuentas.-<\/div>\n<div><strong>7.<\/strong> Designaci\u00f3n de 3 (tres) socios para firmar el acta de asamblea, conjuntamente con el presidente y secretario.-<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>JORGE E.
